The Burnaby RCMP are requesting assistance in locating a 57 year old female who is missing out of Burnaby. Jeannette MARLYK was last spoken to at approximately 215pm on September 10, 2008. The Burnaby RCMP have reason to be concerned for MARLYK’s safety and request the assistance of the public and Media in locating her. It is believed that MARLYK may be in Lions Bay, North Vancouver or West Vancouver. It is unknown what MARLYK was wearing when she went missing. She is described as a 57 year old female, 5 ft 8 inches, 150 pounds, brown / hazel eyes, with short blonde hair. A photo of MARLYK is attached below. It is believed MARLYK may be traveling in a 2002 dark blue PT Cruiser with British Columbia licence plate 711 EFB. There is an inverted yellow looped ribbon in the rear window (veterans ribbon).

Anyone with any information on MARLYK’s whereabouts, or if they see her vehicle are asked to contact the Burnaby RCMP at 604-294-7922, their local police, or 911.
